Brant's Lawn Care and Vibrant Green are family-owned and operated businesses with a unique and inspiring history. Brant's Lawn Care was originally founded by the Brant family in 2016, beginning its journey to excellence in North Texas. In 2021, while forging friendships at Intrinsic Smokehouse and Brewery, the Ocasio family — originally from Puerto Rico and having relocated from Michigan — found inspiration and support from the former owners of Brant's Lawn Care. Those friendships would prove instrumental in what came next. In 2023, the Ocasio family proudly acquired Brant's Lawn Care, marking the beginning of a new chapter — a transition that represented not only a move to Garland, Texas, but a testament to the enduring power of family and shared values. 

As the business grew, so did their vision. In 2026, the Ocasio family launched Vibrant Green — a turf and soil specialist brand created to better refl ect the full scope of their services. The name "Vibrant" was chosen intentionally, as a heartfelt tribute to the Brant family and the legacy they built. Brant's Lawn Care remains the cornerstone of the business, focused on specialty landscaping projects, while Vibrant Green handles weed control, fertilization, aeration, pest control, and more. Together, under the Ocasio Industries umbrella, these two brands represent two companies, one family, and one mission. At the heart of everything we do is the desire to make the grass greener on the other side of the fence. We draw strength from Philippians 4:13 — "I can do all things through Him who gives me strength" — as we grow our companies and give back to those around us. We are deeply dedicated to our community and to helping the homeless population.
